E.ON is connecting E3/DC home power plants to its dynamic electricity tariffs. Customers can now automatically charge their home storage systems at favorable wholesale prices and use power from the battery during high-price periods. Control is managed through the E.ON app, which communicates with the energy management of E3/DC systems. For electrical contractors, the installation of such networked storage systems is becoming attractive as end customers increasingly demand complete solutions consisting of photovoltaics, storage, and dynamic tariffs.
