ChargePoint has introduced a new software platform designed to centrally manage all electric vehicle charging operations for a company. According to the manufacturer, the solution covers both corporate fleets and employee parking lots. With this, the US charging infrastructure operator is positioning itself more directly against established fleet management providers. For electrical specialist companies that install charging infrastructure, the software could open up additional service options – such as integration with existing building technology.
