Sungrow has introduced a new commercial storage system with 250 kilowatts of power. The Chinese inverter manufacturer is thereby addressing the growing market for commercial energy storage in Germany. Medium-sized businesses are increasingly turning to battery storage to reduce peak loads and lower electricity costs. With this power class, Sungrow is entering into direct competition with established providers such as Tesla and BYD, which are already active in the megawatt segment.
